Job duties include (but not limited to):

• Answering all incoming phone calls
• Assist team with reaching weekly & monthly goals
• Assisting marketing team with admissions & readmissions of patients
• Inputting new patient information into system
• Verifying employee visits (payroll) on a weekly basis
• Creating & managing caregiver & patient's schedules
• Multitask in a fast-paced environment
• Collaborating with recruitment team on the office's needs
