Overview: We are seeking a highly organized and experienced Housekeeping Manager to oversee our housekeeping operations. As the Housekeeping Manager, you will be responsible for ensuring the cleanliness and maintenance of our facility. This is a key leadership role that requires excellent management skills and a strong attention to detail. Duties: - Manage and supervise a team of housekeeping staff, including hiring, training, and scheduling - Develop and implement cleaning procedures and protocols to maintain high standards of cleanliness - Conduct regular inspections to ensure compliance with cleanliness and safety standards - Coordinate with other departments to ensure efficient operations and guest satisfaction - Maintain inventory of cleaning supplies and equipment, and place orders as needed - Handle guest complaints or issues related to housekeeping services - Monitor budget and expenses related to housekeeping department - Provide training and guidance to staff on proper cleaning techniques and safety procedures - Perform hands-on cleaning tasks as needed Experience: - Previous experience in housekeeping management or a similar role is required - Strong knowledge of hospitality industry standards for cleanliness and hygiene - Experience with floor care, industrial cleaning, and custodial duties is preferred - Excellent leadership and communication skills - Ability to multitask, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines - Proficient in using computer software for scheduling, inventory management, etc. - Familiarity with hotel housekeeping operations is a plus We offer competitive pay based on experience.
