Job Summary:
We are seeking a skilled Maintenance Technician to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining and repairing mechanical equipment and ensuring facility upkeep.

Responsibilities:
- Perform routine maintenance tasks such as painting, HVAC system checks, and plumbing repairs
- Troubleshoot electrical and mechanical issues
- Weld and fabricate parts as needed
- Supervise maintenance staff when required
- Maintain inventory of repair equipment and supplies

Skills:
- Proficiency in facilities maintenance
- Strong electrical knowledge
- Ability to read and interpret schematics and logic controllers
- Mechanical aptitude for troubleshooting and repairs
- Fluency in English for effective communication
- Experience in welding and fabrication is a plus
