Amee's Medical Spa is looking for a part time or full time client coordinator for our office located in Watertown, MA. Our ideal hire would have an upbeat attitude, professional appearance, organized, and ability to multitask. Ideal hire must be proficient with computers and a quick learner as our scheduling, documentation, and communication is all done electronically. Mandarin/Cantonese speaking is a plus. Responsibilities

• Checking patients in/out
• Scheduling appointments
• Answering phones (phone calls may be in Chinese)
• Processing new patients into EMR
• File and retrieve patient record electronically
• Process payments
• Maintain patient confidentiality
• Ensure client satisfaction
• Manage relationship between clients and our spa
• Be knowledgable of procedures and products
• Process and conduct inventory check
• Maintain cleanliness and upkeep of work environment
• Be able to work as a team and efficiently communicate with internal team

Qualifications

• Must be able to work as a team
• Driven and motivated individual
• High School Diploma, GED or equivalent
• Medical aesthetics industry knowledge preferred
• 1 year experience working in customer service, reception/front desk preferred
• Bilingual in English and Chinese preferred
