These positions last up to 90 calendar days, but good performers may be offered permanent positions or extended beyond 90 days. All candidates must pass a physical/drug screen and background check. Shifts are 12 hours on either days or nights. WHAT YOU GET TO DO: Operates machines, such as presses in molding area, according to machine (product) standard. Works at different workstations as production needs require. Works on the line where tasks vary, as parts of various sizes and shapes move along the line. Check all finished parts for any possible defects (including grease, flash, punctures, and other defects). Packs all parts which are of good quality into boxes, in preparation for sealing and shipping. Notifies Lead Person, Mold Technician and/or Production Supervisor whenever items produced do not meet quality requirements, or if machinery need repair. Wears all required personal protective equipment. Assists in the training of new operators as needed. Maintains housekeeping of work areas.
