Follows all GMP, ISO, PPE, and Gowning procedure Checks material against spec and documents results to ensure correct material is staged. Perform set-up of machine per work instructions and procedures with the assistance of a Clean Room Specialist to ensure customer satisfaction. Performs set up’s in a timely manner. Standard run and waste rates must be maintained Loads raw material onto machine Observes machine operation and works with a Machine Assistant to detect work piece defects or machine malfunction. Documents any changes Performs minor machine maintenance, submits requests for maintenance when needed Teach/train Machine Assistants how to set-up, run, document and make adjustments. Troubleshoots machine to ensure product is running within the customer specifications Correctly fills out all paperwork and completes IPPH’s as needed which includes assisting in the recoveries and informing QA when needed to ensure timely products.
