Job Overview:
We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Receptionist/Administrative Assistant to join our team. The ideal candidate will provide exceptional customer service and administrative support in a fast-paced environment. This position is responsible for the professional and efficient managing of visitors, clients, vendors, telephone calls, and messages as well as a variety of clerical duties that support the payroll and administrative services, we provide our clients.
Duties may include:
Experience:
- Proven 2 years experience in reception, customer service or administrative roles
- Familiarity with office procedures and basic clerical and/or accounting principles
- Strong computer and technical literacy, including proficiency in MS Office
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Experience on a payroll team or in the financial services industry, highly valued
- Ability to multitask, prioritize and demonstrate a high level of organizational skill, requried
