As the General Manager of Ambrogio15, you will play a pivotal role in overseeing the daily operations and ensuring a seamless and exceptional dining experience for our guests. You will be responsible for managing the restaurant's overall performance, staff, and financial success while upholding the brand's standards of excellence.
Key Responsibilities:
Operational Excellence: Oversee day-to-day operations, ensuring the restaurant runs efficiently and maintains high standards of service.
Implement and enforce operational policies and procedures to enhance productivity and customer satisfaction.
Monitor and manage inventory levels, ordering supplies as needed, and minimizing waste.
Staff Leadership and Development: Recruit, train, and supervise front-of-house and back-of-house staff.
Foster a positive and collaborative work environment, promoting teamwork and professional growth.
Conduct regular performance evaluations and provide constructive feedback to enhance team performance.
Customer Experience: Ensure a consistently exceptional dining experience for guests by maintaining high service standards.
Address customer concerns and feedback promptly and effectively, working to resolve issues and enhance guest satisfaction.
Implement strategies to drive customer engagement and loyalty.
Financial Management: Develop and manage budgets, controlling costs and maximizing profitability.
Analyze financial reports and key performance indicators to make informed decisions that positively impact the restaurant's financial health.
Collaborate with the finance department to ensure accurate financial reporting.
Cocktail Program Oversight: Work closely with the bar manager and mixologists to develop and enhance the cocktail program.
Ensure that the bar team is well-trained in mixology techniques and adheres to high-quality standards.
Monitor beverage inventory and costs, optimizing the cocktail program's profitability.
Marketing and Promotion: Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and execute promotional activities, events, and marketing campaigns.
Implement strategies to attract new customers and retain existing ones through effective marketing initiatives.
Compliance and Safety: Ensure compliance with local health and safety regulations.
Stay informed about industry trends, regulations, and best practices to maintain a safe and compliant operation.
