We are currently in search of a passionate BCBA in San Jose area to join our team.
Responsibilities:
Responsibilities include, but are not limited to
Providing direct supervision to all program supervisors and paraprofessionals.
Modeling skills according to the intervention plan for staff and families
Conducting assessments and writing reports
Parent/Care taker trainings
Staff training and development
Qualifications:
BCBA
Masters Degree
Management experience and skills
Proven experience of working directly with individuals on the spectrum
Flexibility
Comfortable with learning and teaching new software
Completion of new-hire requirements
Compensation:
We offer a highly competitive compensation package.
