As a Licensed Clinical Program Manager, you will lead our Counseling and Mental Health Services focused on children and adolescents, ensuring the highest quality clinical care for our community members.

Responsibilities:

As a Licensed Clinical Program Manager, you will:

• Take overall responsibility for the day-to-day supervision of mental health counseling services for adults and children to ensure the delivery of high-quality services.
• Conduct weekly individual, triad, and group supervision for staff clinicians, graduate interns, and case managers, as required by the relevant licensure board.
• Recruit, train, supervise, and evaluate staff, interns, and volunteers to ensure program success, sustainability, resourcefulness, and ongoing development of services and evidence-based practices to enhance clients' social and emotional well-being.
• Ensure all program contract requirements are met and maintain regular contact with county contract monitors.
• Collaborate with the Senior Director of Clinical Services to develop and implement new supportive programs.
• Effectively communicate with community partners and address client concerns regarding service delivery in coordination with the Senior Director of Clinical Services.
• Attend supervision, departmental, and agency staff meetings, as well as participate in assigned training.

Requirements:

• California licensure as MFT, LCSW, LPCC, or Psychologist is required.
• Strong understanding of trauma-focused interventions and trauma-informed practices.
