In the Spring of 2023, we opened the first-ever designer lab diamond jewelry boutique in the heart of Los Angeles, steps away from Melrose Place in West Hollywood, CA.

Designed by an award-winning architecture and design firm, the boutique concept is all about breaking conventions.Our Client Advisors are passionate about the brand and our products, and are always thinking about the consumer and how to elevate the Jean Dousset brand and experience.

ResponsibilitiesConsistently achieve and / or exceed monthly sales target, as directed by managementAssist walk-ins and clients with appointmentsIncorporate product knowledge in the sales process with the end result of maximizing sales, units sold per transaction, and the dollar value of each transactionConsistently and accurately capture client data for follow-up and relationship building, effectively utilizing the tools that are availableFoster client relationships with strong listening, presentation and closing skills to optimize sales resultsAssist with Daily Store Operations (ie.

opening and closing)Maintain proper store environment and presentationManage product shipments and back stock levelsAssist in display of merchandise / execute brand VM standardsPartner to get reordered in needed items based on sell throughIdentify key areas that are being shopped in the store, partner on floor moves if updates are needed mid-seasonOther SkillsExcellent interpersonal and communication skills are requiredStrong attention to detail with the ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously and with precisionExperience with Google Suite (Docs, Sheets, Slides, etc)Experience using CRM platforms (ie Salesforce, Kustomer)Must be available to work retail hours including some weekendsOpen to criticism and ideasExtremely organized and detail-orientedComfortable in a fast-paced sales environmentTeam player, motivated, collaborative QualificationsCollege degree preferred2 years experience in a retail setting, with a focus on sales, preferably with high-end / custom jewelryProven track record of developing client portfolios and closing salesBenefits100% coverage of several Employee Medical, Vision and Dental plan options401k PlanEmployer-paid Short and Long-term disability and group-term life plan15 days paid vacationEmployee discounts on jewelryPaid parking CompensationBase salary between $65,000 and $85,000, depending on experienceTotal compensation expected to be between $85,000 and $105,000 or greater depending on actual sales performance
