Healthcare Engineering of Amazon Pharmacy is looking for an experienced Sr TPM who has great problem solving and analytical skills, understands the Agile mindset and has prior experiencing working on multi-year programs in security , productivity and systems development space.

Key job responsibilities
In this role, you will be part of a team driving key programs for Healthcare . Your job will consist of planning and executing Healthcare engineering outcomes, in partnership with engineering teams in organizations across Amazon. You will have influence over priorities and roadmaps for Systems engineering, software develoment teams that are supporting your programs. You will apply program management strategy to break complex problems into solvable solutions prioritized with partner teams. You will use mechanisms to track through delivery. Your will be part of a team which works to continuously improve security, with visibility to senior Amazon leaders. You will be a direct responsible for driving zero-trust security principles into action across Amazon businesses globally .You’ll have a company-wide impact, work with thousands of Amazonians and teams and be responsible scopes of Amazon’s massive scale. You’ll be part of a growing, fast paced, and innovative team. You’ll have ownership, not just responsibility; and you’ll define and execute processes to deliver results.

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS

- 5 years of technical product or program management experience
- 7 years of working directly with engineering teams experience
- 3 years of software development experience
- 5 years of technical program management working directly with software engineering teams experience
- Experience managing programs across cross functional teams, building processes and coordinating release schedules

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

- 5 years of project management disciplines including scope, schedule, budget, quality, along with risk and critical path management experience
- Experience managing projects across cross functional teams, building sustainable processes and coordinating release schedules
- Experience defining KPI's/SLA's used to drive multi-million dollar businesses and reporting to senior leadership
