Key job responsibilities
Possesses a deep knowledge of product management best practices and how to apply them in an effective yet pragmatic way across large, complex solutions
Comfortable playing multiple roles throughout the product development life-cycle
Proactively work with Sales Technology teams and analyze data to identify opportunities for Salesforce to increase productivity, provide automation, and/or reduce risk
Presenting written recommendations, requirements, and insights to senior leaders and stakeholders that will facilitate prioritization and influence roadmap
Ability to successfully manage two or more concurrent projects that successfully deliver promised results
Align closely with Salesforce development, UX/UI, and administration teams to ensure any new processes or process changes are critical, relevant, understood, and supported
Development of business and system requirements interfacing with customers at all levels to gather requirements and feedback with a well-rounded technical background
Perform, manage, and make recommendations based on metrics from existing data
Ability to challenge, recommend and redirect teams as well as client expectations building consensus for successful product and program delivery
Dealing with ambiguity to develop solutions that work for stakeholders from various disciplines to meet aggressive timeline
Balancing the business needs versus technical & operational constraints

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS

- 5 years of technical product or program management experience
- 7 years of working directly with engineering teams experience
- 3 years of software development experience
- 5 years of technical program management working directly with software engineering teams experience
- Experience managing programs across cross functional teams, building processes and coordinating release schedules

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

- 5 years of project management disciplines including scope, schedule, budget, quality, along with risk and critical path management experience
- Experience managing projects across cross functional teams, building sustainable processes and coordinating release schedules
- Experience defining KPI's/SLA's used to drive multi-million dollar businesses and reporting to senior leadership
