BASIC QUALIFICATIONS

- Relevant experience in machine learning model development lifecycle including (but not limited to) training, fine tuning feature engineering techniques and deployment options
- 5 years of experience with SQL, Python, or other programming languages and independently building prototype applications
- 5 years of experience in complex data analytics
- Experience using data and metrics to determine and drive improvements
- Experience owning program strategy, end-to-end delivery, and collaborating with cross functional partners, including senior leaders as well as front-line operators
- Ability to translate operational needs into business requirement document defining priorities and roadmap
- Strong analytical skills with demonstrated problem solving ability

We are looking for a detail oriented, analytical Sr. Program Manager for ML Operations Integration to operationalize and maintain scalable AI/ML-solutions in production. This is a role that intersects across operations and engineering to optimize global operations and implement novel ML systems, product integrations, and performance optimizations. This leader will also drive operational tooling health status to ensure all tools required for manual operations continue to operate while innovating on future needs.
This role will require a leader who thinks big and invents relentlessly on behalf of our customers. A successful candidate will thrive in a fast-paced and dynamic business environment, leveraging analytical expertise and resourcefulness to autonomously deliver successful results.
The role requires schedule flexibility to work with stakeholders across global time zones.
Key job responsibilities
You will work closely with the T&S Operations, Quality, Program teams and cross-functional counterparts in engineering, science, product management to measure operational technology health and launch innovative solutions to scale operations. As a program leader, you will build KPIs and metrics to measure the performance of ML models and the impact on operations, business and PV customers. You will collaborate with the Product, Science and Engineering teams to monitor the ML models and tooling processing and output and create a feedback mechanism to improve the recall and precision.
You will dive deep into existing processes to identify and fix the gaps systematically building scalable solutions.
You will build a framework to monitor operational tools and processes to pro-actively detect and fix technical or system errors

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Data Science or equivalent
- Experience with digital video streaming and/or customer-facing user interfaces
- Experience working on a Trust & Safety team
- Operations Machine Learning & tooling integration experience
- Ability to adapt well to fast-paced environments with changing circumstances, direction, and strategy
