Amazon is looking for a Sr. Product Manager to help develop new labor planning products for Amazon Extra Large (AMXL)network that owns the end-to-end business for heavy/bulky operations. This Sr. Product Manager will work cross-functionally with multiple business stakeholders and technology teams to deliver labor planning products that are business critical for supporting network growth and program expansion in Amazon’s increasingly complex heavy bulky operations in both NA and EU.
Key job responsibilities
- Working cross-functionally with multiple business stakeholders and technology teams to deliver a labor planning product that is business critical for supporting network growth and program expansion
- Driving alignment across business/tech leaders on critical problems and solutions within the labor planning space
- Investigating current state processes and systems, grasping operational challenges within those processes and systems, collaborating cross-functionally to brainstorm and drive the right solution for the business
- Work closely with operations, HR, and labor planning teams as they onboard new labor planning systems and products
- Collaborating with cross-functional partners to understand labor planning pain points and prioritize projects, initiatives, and product solutions
- Driving continuous improvement of efficiency and accuracy of the labor planning product
- Coordinating regularly and independently with tech teams to define customer acceptance criteria, test new features and drive the roll-out and adoption by business
- Making trade-off decisions with the tech team regarding features and priorities within the roadmap based on impact and speed to market
- Owning field and stakeholder communication, conducting trainings, running pilots, system troubleshooting and resolution, etc.
- Up to 20% travel required

Nashville, TN, USA
- 2 years of product or program management, product marketing, business development or technology experience
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent
- Experience owning/driving roadmap strategy and definition
- Experience with end to end product delivery
- Experience in influencing senior leadership through data driven insights
- Experience working across functional teams and senior stakeholders
