Prime Video is looking for a world-class Sr. Global Sponsorships Manager to help us bring custom brand partnerships to the marketplace at scale. This role is essential in helping us build out our sponsorships program and develop the infrastructure to market our premium content to advertisers.
Video Advertising is rapidly evolving as customers shift their viewing experiences from traditional linear TV to streaming via connected devices. Prime Video is a rising player in this space. We have differentiated assets in terms of consumer experiences and audience insights against a breadth of exclusive content which positions us well for the long-term.
The Sr. Global Sponsorships Manager will lead package development of our most premium offering. This person will work across internal teams including marketing, creative, content, PR, and ad sales to inform our sponsorship strategy globally. This will involve choosing titles for sponsorship packages, making pricing recommendations, and unlocking additional value for our advertisers. They will seek out industry feedback in order to help us grow our offering and contribute to the development of new product features and tools.
As an ideal candidate, you have a deep understanding of custom paid media partnerships and sponsorship execution. You are analytical and can think creatively when building solutions and frameworks. You have an impressive ability to collaborate with other teams and a relentless determination to do what is right for our advertising partners and our content. You can work with minimal direction, prioritize efficiently, and move quickly while delivering high quality outputs.
Key job responsibilities
• Prioritize engaging and captivating content packages that appeal to advertisers, ensuring our unique value is accurately conveyed.
• Arm Ad Sales with the right selling points for Originals to drive excitement in the marketplace.
• Work closely and collaboratively across marketing strategy, creative, social, PR and synergy teams to champion sponsorships and execute global partnerships
• Create customizable sponsorship, co-branding, and integration solutions that can be scalable but feel bespoke based on advertiser needs and marketing extensions.
• Contribute to an annual talent strategy for B2B events supported by Prime Video
• Deep understanding of paid media industry and custom content executions on behalf of advertisers
• Partner with local programming leads in each region to recommend titles for Sponsorship based on Ad Sales needs (eg. audiences, genres, contextual alignment).
• Collaborate with local Legal and Promotions to understand each title’s requirements and restrictions for brand integration and co-brand opportunities as well as existing talent restrictions.
• Create feedback loop for content acquisition teams to understand what has sold and what gaps exist for advertisers looking to sponsor content.

- 6 years of professional non-internship marketing experience
- Experience using data and metrics to drive improvements
- Experience communicating results to senior leadership
- Experience building, executing and scaling cross-functional marketing programs
- Experience using Microsoft Excel to manipulate and analyze data
- Experience with Excel or Tableau (data manipulation, macros, charts and pivot tables)
- Experience creating and executing integrated marketing lead generation campaigns using tactics that include live or virtual events, webinars, email, lead nurture programs, and CRM/sales insights
- Experience with Salesforce and Tableau

Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several US geographic markets. The base pay for this position ranges from $112,800/year in our lowest geographic market up to $186,500/year in our highest geographic market. Pay is based on a number of factors including market location and may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. Amazon is a total compensation company.
