Amazon is Hiring a Project/Program Manager III Near Nashville, TN

Please note that this is a contract role providing services to Amazon via Allegis Global Solutions. If you are selected for this role, you will be employed by AGS and will not be an employee of Amazon.

Job Description:

We are looking for a proactive and results-driven Field Operations Project/Program Manager to oversee the planning and execution of large-scale projects in marketing, particularly focusing on delivery vans. In this role, you will be responsible for leading a team to deliver exceptional results, including installations, removals, and other related activities. Collaboration with agencies, third-party vendors, and maintaining an open team dynamic will be essential for success in this position.

Responsibilities:

  • Oversee the installation, maintenance, and removal of advertising assets, ensuring timely completion and adherence to quality standards.
  • Partner with agencies, third-party vendors, and other stakeholders to coordinate resources, manage timelines, and optimize project delivery.
  • Foster an open and collaborative team dynamic, promoting communication, innovation, and continuous improvement.
  • Operate in a 7-day operation environment, managing scheduling and resource allocation to meet project requirements.
  • Monitor project progress, budgets, and performance metrics, identifying and addressing any issues or risks proactively.
  • Ensure compliance with relevant regulations, safety standards, and company policies throughout all project phases.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in supply chain, logistics, business administration, or a related field.
  • 4 years of experience managing large-scale projects, preferably in a field operations or logistics environment.
  • PMP or LEAN certification is preferred, demonstrating advanced project management skills and methodologies.
  • Proven track record of successfully leading cross-functional teams and delivering projects on time and within budget.
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain effective relationships with internal and external stakeholders.

Location: Nashville (Hybrid)

Contract Length: 11 Months

Pay Range: $40-$50 per hour
