Reporting to the Variable Headcount (vHC) Program Lead, the Project Manager of Scaled Services Quality Control (QC) and Billing will be responsible for driving project-specific objectives and helping to grow the global reach of Prime Video’s Quality Control and Billing support initiatives. Your expertise will transform program objectives into actionable project plans, aligning with the vHC program strategy and our goals for operational excellence.
Key job responsibilities
- Project Leadership: Lead project execution, managing timelines, and regular reporting on project milestones and deliverables.
- Data Collection & Reporting: Manage the collection of project data, ensuring the accuracy and relevance of performance data that support project objectives. Develop and present detailed reports on target metrics, resource allocation, and project performance. Ensure that appropriate reporting and documentation is maintained for all in-scope projects, workflows, and standard operating procedures (SOPs).
- Project Management: Oversee full lifecycle of projects from intake to post mortem reporting, monitor performance against metrics and SLAs, and conduct regular performance reviews.
- SOP Creation: Establish scalable project SOPs, enhancing operational systems and workflows that promote long term program scalability.
- Stakeholder Management: Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to define project requirements, provide updates, and gather feedback, ensuring alignment and satisfaction.
- Risk Management: Anticipate, identify, mitigate, and document risks in global QC and Billing project pipelines to ensure short term success and long term scalability.
- Monitor progress of vHC pilot projects, identify potential roadblocks, and take proactive measures to escalate or solve issues.
- Establish and manage productive relationships, and negotiate effectively across a variety of global partner teams, such as Localization Production, QC, Marketing, PV Brand, and Media.
- Gather and analyze data and apply insights to drive and/or improve operational performance management activities.

Prime Video Global Operations Programs & Strategy is facilitating and driving operational excellence across Prime Video Streaming to ensure all teams are able to provide the best-possible locally relevant customer experience. We are here to ensure Prime Video is able to deliver on the promise of a globally consistent customer experience through centralized program management across globally connected priorities.

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS

- 2 years of project management experience
- Experience with data management and reporting tools (e.g. Excel)

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

- Experience in requirement gathering and ability to write clear and detailed requirement document
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Project Management, or a related field
- Project management experience in quality control, localization, the technology sector, global creative marketing, a creative agency or entertainment studio
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, capable of managing cross-functional teams and engaging with stakeholders at all levels
- Strong analytical skills, with a keen eye for detail and the ability to process and analyze significant data volumes
- Ability to adapt to changing priorities and manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment
- Understanding of global operations and the nuances of delivering content to an international audience

Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several US geographic markets. The base pay for this position ranges from $47,500/year in our lowest geographic market up to $107,200/year in our highest geographic market. Pay is based on a number of factors including market location and may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. Amazon is a total compensation company.
