As a Visual Innovation Program Manager, you’ll work with cross-functional teams in multiple geographies and across the company to lead initiatives that focus on imaging operations integrations to drive unique elevated content experiences for customers.
You’ll use data to guide decisions and dive deep to understand areas to standardize and optimize, and translate findings to business requirements and program roadmaps. We’re looking for a leader who can deliver results even with an ambiguous factors, and balance priorities with evolving customer and business needs. You will support and influence the strategy for key work-streams that support our product roadmaps across 3D, Video, and 2D content.
The initial scope for this role is to own and expand the functionality and adoption for our work-requests and ordering system. You will partner across tech and users of the tools to rollout new inventory management systems and processes, and integrate requirements into our ordering system. You'll pilot our work-requests tools with with internal and external content providers, driving up adoption and compliance, and gather additional needs for future enhancements.
The ideal candidate will possess a program management background, demonstrated experience supporting or leading medium to large projects with the ability to navigate change and prioritize the highest impact deliverables.
Key job responsibilities
Responsibilities include (but are not limited to):
- Manage and prioritize program life-cycles, often complex and cross-functional, and deliver projects to achieve goals that impact one or more organizations.
- Define new programs, scope, set objectives, analyze data and drive improvements quantified with one or more metrics.
- Tactically collaborate with teams in and outside of your organization to deliver results.
- Apply relevant tools and mechanisms to drive and measure progress.
- Partner with various stakeholders including legal, operations, software developers, data engineers, and science teams.
- Communicate status to all stakeholders including through regular business reviews, and escalate issues when required.
- Identify and solve ambiguous problems. In particular, identifying customer needs and inventing new ways to meet those needs.

- 3 years of program or project management experience
- 3 years of defining and implementing process improvement initiatives using data and metrics experience
- Knowledge of Excel (Pivot Tables, VLookUps) at an advanced level and SQL
- Experience using data and metrics to determine and drive improvements
- Experience working cross functionally with tech and non-tech teams
- 3 years of driving end to end delivery, and communicating results to senior leadership experience
- 3 years of driving process improvements experience
- Experience in stakeholder management, dealing with multiple stakeholders at varied levels of the organization
- Experience building processes, project management, and schedules
- Bachelor's degree

Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several US geographic markets. The base pay for this position ranges from $59,300/year in our lowest geographic market up to $142,800/year in our highest geographic market. Pay is based on a number of factors including market location and may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. Amazon is a total compensation company.
