DESCRIPTION

Do you have a background in managing programs and building solutions for energy or sustainability initiatives? Are you excited to work on the world’s largest cloud computing infrastructure? • Write documents that work backwards from the customer (balancing the needs of customers in various teams and regions) and translate the desired customer experience into a logically sequenced roadmap.
• Work cross-functionally across leaders in product, engineering, and broader Sustainability org to influence priorities and trade-offs, drive alignment, and execute product development.
• Create and execute plans to deliver complex cross-team programs and initiatives (e.g., UX updates, building and managing interactivity between products, increasing data quality, and accelerating customer product adoption).
• Drive process improvement to streamline execution of strategic initiatives and technology solutions.
• Lead the development of org-level metrics to ensure the most impactful delivery goals are formulated to meet program goals, including defining KPI's/SLA's used to drive high impact business decisions and reporting to senior leadership.
• Establish cadence to review the overall performance of the stakeholder teams, the timeline, and progress to overall deliverables.
