About the team
Introducing the Career Canvas Team, Amazon's newest venture within the People Experience and Technology (PXT) group, formed at the start of 2024. With leadership in place since January and the core team quickly following in February, we've embarked on an ambitious journey to revolutionize employee development, clarity in roles, and career progression at Amazon.

The Career Canvas Team champions the essential frameworks of Warm Hand Off (WHO), Role Guidelines, and the pioneering Career Growth project. Our goal is to create clear, accessible pathways for career development, ensuring every Amazonian has the tools and understanding needed to navigate their growth within the company. Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several US geographic markets. The base pay for this position ranges from $115,000/year in our lowest geographic market up to $223,600/year in our highest geographic market. Pay is based on a number of factors including market location and may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. Amazon is a total compensation company. Dependent on the position offered, equity, sign-on payments, and other forms of compensation may be provided as part of a total compensation package, in addition to a full range of medical, financial, and/or other benefits.
