Amazon Kids is a highly rated, much-loved content and controls subscription service for kids 3-12 (and their parents) in the US, Canada, UK, Germany and Japan. Launched more than 10 years ago, today an Amazon Kids subscription is bundled with Amazon’s many child-directed devices, including Echo, Fire Tablet, Fire TV and Kindle E-reader. In this role, you’ll be a critical member of the Amazon Kids Marketing organization, leveraging our data to identify and define customer lifecycle segments, create robust customer profiles, expose customer insights and evaluate the impact of product and marketing actions that deepen customer engagement and drive Amazon Kids subscription renewal. As you further your career as a Business Analyst in this role, you will focus on building reporting frameworks that support the rhythm of our business, build models that improve our marketing actions day-to-day metrics and support the development of strategic business recommendations. Key job responsibilities
Interface with members of the lifecycle marketing organization to discuss analysis needs and identify requirements
Extract and combine data from various, identifying and navigating potential data quality issues across various platforms at Amazon
Design and build data visualization tools to provide scalable solution for self-service metrics reporting
Partner with other analysts and engineers to build analytical solutions to deliver on business goals
Propose and implement new business metrics for senior management reviews and work with data engineers to design and develop data infrastructure to support these metrics for business growth
Build statistical models and ML-based algorithms to perform insight analysis and help in decision making
We are open to hiring candidates to work out of one of the following locations:
Seattle, WA, USA
- 6 years of professional non-internship marketing experience
- 7 years of developing and managing acquisition marketing or channel programs experience
- Experience using data and metrics to drive improvements
- Experience with Excel or Tableau (data manipulation, macros, charts and pivot tables)
- Experience building, executing and scaling cross-functional marketing programs
- Experience developing and executing campaigns across a multitude of timezones and languages
- Experience driving direction and alignment with large cross-functional teams and agency partners
- Experience designing and executing joint marketing plans with strategic alliance partners with global footprint

Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several US geographic markets. The base pay for this position ranges from $94,600/year in our lowest geographic market up to $185,000/year in our highest geographic market. Pay is based on a number of factors including market location and may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. Amazon is a total compensation company.
