Overview: We are seeking a reliable and responsible Delivery Driver to join our team. As a Delivery Driver, you will be responsible for safely and efficiently delivering packages to our customers. This is a great opportunity for individuals who enjoy being on the road and providing excellent customer service. Duties: - Safely operate a delivery vehicle, such as a box truck or van, to deliver packages to customers - Load and unload packages from the vehicle - Plan and follow the most efficient routes for timely deliveries - Provide exceptional customer service by ensuring packages are delivered in a professional and courteous manner - Communicate with customers regarding delivery updates or any issues that may arise - Adhere to all traffic laws and regulations while operating the delivery vehicle - Perform basic vehicle maintenance tasks, such as checking oil levels and tire pressure - Maintain accurate records of deliveries made Requirements: - Must have a valid driver's license with a clean driving record - Previous experience as a Delivery Driver or in a similar role is preferred - Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal - Ability to navigate using GPS or other navigation tools - Strong customer service skills with a friendly and professional demeanor - Ability to lift heavy packages, up to 50 pounds, on a regular basis - Must be reliable, punctual, and able to work independently Please note that this position requires commercial driving experience.
