Amanda Howard Sotheby's International Realty is in growth mode and is searching for proactive Real Estate Agents that want to be part of our team atmosphere in the Huntsville and North Alabama region!

We provide everything needed for your success in the industry from one on one mentorship and group training, to the industry's leading technology, and of course leads to help you hit your financial goals! As the most tenured and true real estate team in our area we have spent decades designing our area's best training program and support group allowing our agents to focus solely on improving their business and providing top notch customer service, while we provide concierge services to support your business in the background. We provide our agents access to our marketing department to help teach them how to better promote themselves as well as doing a lot of promotion for you, a transaction department which will support you and your clients from contract to closing, and listing coordination and input- including sign and lockbox delivery. We provide all marketing materials including business cards, new headshots, signs, lockboxes, and more. In return we are looking for Full Time agents who are self motivated, driven, positive, and want to grow with us. Agents who want to be part of a community who truly support each other and operate as a work family, and who want to align themselves with The most luxurious real estate brand in The World.

We have found the type of people who typically fit best have a background in working with teams already, or who have a history of playing team sports, have been teachers in the past, have worked in different community organizations, or who have been in a band ect. Compensation:

$60,000 - $180,000 yearly

Responsibilities:
  • Keep abreast of the latest industry trends and market developments.
  • Reach out to potential leads in a professional and timely manner.
  • Maintain valuable relationships with other agents and related professionals.
  • Advise clients on the buying/selling process.
  • Work diligently to ensure a positive outcome for clients.
  • Represent the company and their customers honestly and ethically during all stages of the transaction.
  • Act as the primary contact for services provided in each transaction.
  • Participate in training and coaching programs for personal growth.
  • Expand the network by connecting with local associations.
  • Be cognizant of the features and benefits Huntsville and North Alabama has to offer.
  • Negotiate on the behalf of customers to attain desired results.
  • React to the needs and wants of buyers.
  • Stay up to date with market knowledge and the business.
  • Contribute to the advancement of best practices within the field.
  • Sign up for programs that develop skills and knowledge.
  • Foster connections among the local community.
