We provide everything needed for your success in the industry from one on one mentorship and group training, to the industry's leading technology, and of course leads to help you hit your financial goals! As the most tenured and true real estate team in our area we have spent decades designing our area's best training program and support group allowing our agents to focus solely on improving their business and providing top notch customer service, while we provide concierge services to support your business in the background. We provide our agents access to our marketing department to help teach them how to better promote themselves as well as doing a lot of promotion for you, a transaction department which will support you and your clients from contract to closing, and listing coordination and input- including sign and lockbox delivery. We provide all marketing materials including business cards, new headshots, signs, lockboxes, and more. In return we are looking for Full Time agents who are self motivated, driven, positive, and want to grow with us. Agents who want to be part of a community who truly support each other and operate as a work family, and who want to align themselves with The most luxurious real estate brand in The World.
We have found the type of people who typically fit best have a background in working with teams already, or who have a history of playing team sports, have been teachers in the past, have worked in different community organizations, or who have been in a band ect.
