Amalgamated Bank seeks a Head of Financial Planning and Analysis (FP&A). This position will play a crucial role in driving the company's financial performance. Essential Job Functions:

1. Lead the financial planning and analysis function.
2. Develop and implement financial profitability models, forecasts, and budgets.
3. Work closely with executive management, providing insightful analysis and recommendations to support strategic decision making.
   • Analyzing financial data, identify trends, and provide accurate and timely financial reports and forecasts
   • Continuously develop the Axiom and Moodys technology platforms
4. Work with the Treasurer to better understand and support the asset-liability management process.
5. Stay up to date on industry trends, regulatory requirements, and best practices in financial planning and analysis.
6. Perform other duties as directed.

Knowledge, Skills and Experience Requirements: 

1. Master's degree or equivalent combination of skills and training
2. Minimum of 8 years of related Financial Planning
3. Demonstrated success as a partner to all stakeholders 
4. Demonstrated strong analytical skills and financial acumen
5. Excellent communication and presentation abilities

Our job titles may span more than one career level. The starting base salary for this role is between $168,000.00 – $250,000.00. The actual base pay is dependent upon many factors, such as: training, transferrable skills, work experience, business needs and market demands. The base pay range is subject to change and may be modified in the future.
