Job Summary:
We are seeking a skilled and customer-oriented Server to join our team. As a Server, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our guests, ensuring their dining experience is enjoyable and memorable. Your main goal will be to create a positive and welcoming atmosphere for our customers.
Responsibilities:
- Greet guests and escort them to their tables
- Present menus and provide detailed information on food and beverage options
- Take accurate food and drink orders from customers
- Relay orders to the kitchen staff and ensure timely delivery of meals
- Serve food and beverages to guests in a professional and courteous manner
- Check on guests regularly to ensure satisfaction with their meals
- Upsell additional items, such as desserts or specialty drinks, to increase revenue
- Clear tables and clean dining area during and after each meal service
- Handle cash transactions and process payments accurately
- Collaborate with other team members to provide excellent customer service
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in food service or hospitality required
- Strong knowledge of food preparation techniques and culinary terminology
- Excellent time management skills to handle multiple tasks efficiently
- Exceptional interpersonal skills with the ability to provide outstanding guest services
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail
- Familiarity with sanitation regulations and proper food handling procedures
- Proficient in cash handling procedures
- Ability to work well within a team and collaborate effectively

Pay: From $17.75 per hour
Expected hours: 15 – 40 per week
