The Senior Vice President of Revenue Strategy and Operations is crucial in driving the company's revenue growth and optimizing its operations. This high-level executive is responsible for developing and executing strategies to maximize revenue, improve operational efficiency, and enhance the company's overall financial performance.

What's Expected from you (Job Responsibilities)

  • Develop and implement revenue growth strategies aligned with the company's business objectives.
  • Analyze market trends, customer behavior, and competitive landscape to identify revenue opportunities.
  • Create pricing and packaging strategies to optimize revenue streams.
  • Lead market research and customer segmentation to identify target markets.
  • Oversee the revenue operations department, including sales operations, revenue analytics, and order management.
  • Establish and maintain efficient and effective revenue processes and systems.
  • Ensure accurate and timely billing and revenue recognition.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to streamline revenue-related processes.
  • To drive revenue growth, and foster collaboration and alignment between the sales and marketing teams.
  • Support the development of sales enablement tools and resources.
  • Monitor lead generation and conversion metrics to optimize sales funnels.
  • Use data analytics and reporting to track revenue performance, identify key performance indicators, and make data-driven decisions.
  • Develop and present revenue-related reports and insights to the executive team.
  • Manage revenue forecasting, budgeting, and financial planning processes.
  • Ensure revenue targets are met or exceeded.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in business, finance, or a related field is typically required. MBA or advanced degree is preferred.
  • Experience in revenue strategy, operations, and leadership roles.
  • Proven track record of driving revenue growth and exceeding targets.
  • Experience in media, technology, or related industries is often a plus.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to use data and metrics to drive revenue-related decisions.
  • Exceptional leadership and team management skills.
  • Effective communication and presentation abilities, as you'll be working closely with various stakeholders.
  • A deep understanding of the media and technology industry, particularly relevant to Amagi's business, can be a significant advantage.
  • Proficiency in using revenue management software, CRM systems, and data analytics tools.
  • Knowledge of revenue recognition standards (e.g., ASC 606) may be required, especially in specific industries.
  • Ability to think strategically, develop revenue growth plans, and adapt to changing market conditions.
