Amae Health is seeking a passionate and dedicated Registered Dietician who wants to make a meaningful impact on the lives of individuals with SMI to help launch and lead our first North Carolina clinic in Raleigh (27609).
Position Summary
As a Registered Dietician at Amae Health, you will play a pivotal role in enhancing the physical and mental well-being of our patients living with Serious Mental Illness (SMI) by providing expert diet and nutritional guidance tailored to their unique needs. In this capacity, you will collaborate closely with our multidisciplinary team to integrate nutrition and diet strategies into comprehensive treatment plans while helping to foster a clinical environment that promotes patient success in achieving superior therapeutic outcomes. This role involves conducting assessments, developing dietary recommendations, and offering ongoing support and coaching to help patients adopt beneficial and sustainable dietary practices that support their physical and mental health goals. It also involves working closely with your colleagues to maintain high levels of customer service for patients and their families and stepping in as needed to provide support in maintaining effective care delivery and clinic operations. The role will also include clinical research activities as part of Amae Health’s dedication to implementing innovative dietary interventions for the treatment of mental health disorders (e.g. keto diet). Through your expertise and compassionate approach, you will contribute to improving the overall health and quality of life of our patients.
