Job Overview:
We are seeking compassionate and dedicated Caregivers to provide exceptional care and support to our residents. As a Caregiver, you will play a vital role in assisting residents with their daily activities and ensuring their overall well-being.

Duties:
- Assist residents with activities of daily living (ADLs) such as bathing, dressing, grooming, and toileting
- Provide direct support and supervision to residents in accordance with their individual care plans
- Promote resident independence while ensuring their safety and well-being
- Monitor and document changes in residents' physical and mental health
- Implement behavior management techniques to address challenging behaviors
- Assist with medication reminders and administration as directed by healthcare professionals
- Create a clean and comfortable living environment for residents
- Engage residents in social activities to promote socialization and mental stimulation
- Provide companionship and emotional support to residents

Skills:
- Knowledge of resident rights and ability to advocate for them
- Ability to maintain a clean and organized living environment
- First aid and CPR certification preferred
- Ability to lift heavy objects or assist residents with mobility needs
- Experience in direct support or caregiving roles preferred
- Familiarity with behavior management techniques
- Understanding of dementia care principles and techniques
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
- Empathy, patience, and compassion towards elderly individuals
