Responsibilities:
- Provide direct care to residents in an assisted living or nursing home setting
- Assist with activities of daily living (ADLs) such as bathing, dressing, and grooming
- Administer medications according to prescribed instructions
- Monitor and record vital signs of residents
- Assist with mobility and transfers, including heavy lifting when necessary
- Provide emotional support and companionship to residents
- Follow resident care plans and ensure resident rights are respected
- Maintain a clean and safe environment for residents

Qualifications:
- Previous experience in senior care or dementia care is preferred
- Knowledge of first aid procedures and medication administration
- Ability to effectively communicate with residents, families, and staff members
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions accurately
- Physical stamina and ability to perform tasks that require heavy lifting
- Compassionate and patient demeanor

Pay: $14.00 - $17.00 per hour
