Title : SUPERVISOR / SCHEDULER
Policy :
Amada Senior Care employs a qualified individual to schedule client shifts, address client and caregiver concerns, and maintain personnel and client records.
Purpose :
To provide a high standard of Home Care services through the efficient and effective scheduling of work and services for agency employees and clients.
Accountable for the management of agency personnel files and reports to the Scheduling Supervisor.
Qualifications :
Performance Responsibilities and Standards :
1. Schedule Home Care by matching clients and caregivers with input from Program Director.
2. Participate in recruiting, screening, and hiring para-professional staff.
3. Assist agency applicants with the application and hiring process.
4. Maintain personnel files in compliance with agency policy and state regulations.
5. Assist with the orientation of new para-professional staff.
6. Take new client inquiry calls and assist with the referral / intake process for clients needing Home Care services.
7. Deploy to urgent open client shifts as needed.
8. Supervise the work of all agency direct care personnel.
9. Revise client plan of care as needed.
11. Perform other administrative tasks, as assigned.
