Overview:

We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic individual to join our team as a Kitchen Team Member. As a member of our kitchen staff, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our restaurant. If you have a passion for food, excellent communication skills, and enjoy working in a fast-paced environment, we would love to hear from you.

Duties:

-Preparing and completing our current menu options.

- Assist in food preparation, including chopping vegetables, preparing sauces, and assembling dishes

- Follow recipes and portion control guidelines to ensure consistency in food quality

- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen area

- Adhere to food safety and sanitation standards to ensure a safe dining experience for our customers

- Collaborate with other team members to ensure efficient workflow and timely service

- Assist with bussing tables and maintaining cleanliness in the dining area as needed

- Support banquet and catering events by assisting with food preparation and setup

Experience:

- Previous experience in a restaurant or culinary environment is preferred but not required

- Knowledge of food handling and safety practices is a plus

- Excellent communication skills to effectively work with team members and provide exceptional customer service

- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail
