Job Summary: We are seeking a reliable and hardworking Dishwasher to join our team. As a Dishwasher, you will be responsible for maintaining cleanliness and sanitation standards in our kitchen. Your role is crucial in ensuring that our customers receive clean and sanitized dishes, utensils, and equipment. Duties: - Wash dishes, glassware, flatware, pots, and pans using dishwashers or by hand - Ensure that all dishes and utensils are properly cleaned, sanitized, and stored - Assist with food preparation and cooking tasks as needed - Maintain cleanliness of kitchen surfaces, including countertops, sinks, and floors - Empty trash bins regularly and dispose of waste properly - Assist with receiving and storing deliveries - Follow proper food safety and sanitation procedures at all times - Collaborate with the kitchen team to ensure smooth operations Skills: - Previous experience working in a restaurant, catering, or hotel kitchen preferred - Knowledge of basic food preparation techniques is a plus - Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail - Strong organizational skills and ability to prioritize tasks effectively - Excellent communication and teamwork skills - Ability to follow instructions and work independently when necessary - Physical stamina to stand for long periods of time and lift heavy objects Join our team today and be part of a dynamic culinary environment!
