Always Home Nursing Services, Inc., is hiring a Licensed Vocational Nurse (LVN) for direct patient care in the home setting for pediatric and young adult patients.

Responsibilities

• Utilizes the Licensed Vocational Nursing (LVN) process to monitor, plan, implement and evaluate patient care.

• Perform Licensed Vocational Nursing (LVN) care which can include, but not limited to enteral feedings, medication administration, tracheostomy care and respiratory treatments, while monitoring for any change of condition.

• Provide complete documentation of all care provided.

• The Licensed Vocational Nurse (LVN) will perform duties within their scope of practice to meet direct patient care needs.

Qualifications

• Current California Licensed Vocational Nurse (LVN) License

• Current BLS card

• One-year prior Licensed Vocational Nurse (LVN) experience preferred
