We need experienced Registered Nurses and Licensed Practical Nurses (RN and LPN) who are comfortable working with patients in an at-home environment. Our nurses will be working within the home setting, on a 1:1 basis. Our nurses will be providing medically relevant care based upon each client's diagnosis or disability. The hours and type of assignment would be dependable based on severity of disability.

Compensation:

• $35/hour - LPN
• $45/hour - RN

Shifts:

• Monday - Friday: 8am - 4pm; 4pm - 12am; 12am - 8am
• Saturday/Sunday: 8am - 8 pm; 8pm - 8am

Job Requirements:

• Current NYS Registered Nurse or Licensed Practical Nursing License
• NYS Registered Nurse or Licensed Practical Nursing Registration
• BCLS or ACLS -The American Heart Association
• Physical (WITHIN ONE YEAR)
• PPD, Chest X-Ray or QuantiFERON Gold TB blood results
• MMR/Titers Lab Report
• Covid-19 Vaccination card
• Two forms for government ID’s
• Two letters or recommendation
• Covid-19 Vaccination card
