Always Compassionate is seeking a Recruiter who with the support of the Recruitment Manager; will partner with various departments to enable business growth by adding recruits and identifying new avenues to assist in bringing in the sheer volume of healthcare professionals to support our staffing needs. The primary responsibility is to find and attract qualified applicants for open positions, review resumes, focusing on skills matching up best to the requirements at hand and interview candidates. The Recruiter will participate in hiring events, community outreach and monitor job posting platforms. The ideal candidate will have experience hiring Home Health Aid and Patient Care Assistants.
Responsibilities:
· Recruit Home Health Aides, & Personal Care Aides throughout assigned territory.
Weekly goal of 5 hires per week.
· Completes the initial screening of candidates, conducts reference and criminal background checks, assessment testing, orientation, and other aspects of the on-boarding process.
· Develops and executes creative sourcing strategies to identify top talent.
· Request and review recruitment documents to ensure compliance and accuracy based on regulatory practices. Knowledge of identifying medical documentation a PLUS
· Develop meaningful relationships with local businesses, HHA training schools and candidates to enhance candidate flow and brand Always Compassionate Home Care throughout the neighboring communities.
· Act as a point of contact and build influential candidate relationships during recruitment cycle and at specific periods after hire.
· Work closely with the Recruitment Team to drive success in the full cycle recruitment of all new hires and foster a team-based approach to better improve efforts and processes.
· Occasional flexibility to provide support in other offices, during orientation or other events that may occur outside of work hours.
Qualifications:
*Sourcing candidates by online platforms and strategic field work building relationships within the communities, researching/ visiting and attending events and/or appropriate establishments in attempts to recruit*
· Education: Bachelor’s Degree Preferred
· 3 years’ experience as a direct Recruiter sourcing, interviewing, gathering and verifying required documentation and clear understanding of skilled healthcare workers preferred.
· Required Skills, Knowledge, and Abilities: Strong oral and written communication skills.
· Ability to administer business processes and requests consistently with general supervision.
· Proficiency in navigating various technology applications and all Microsoft programs.
· Bilingual a plus.
