We currently need experienced RNs for start-of-care Field visits. The RN would assess patients' needs and develop the Plan of Care, which home care workers would follow. Heavy travel with reimbursement miles and tolls.

Job Requirements:

• NYS Registered Nursing License and Registration
• BLS
• Physical - within a year
• QuantiFERON - within a year
• MMR Titers
• NPI #
• Malpractice insurance
• Two forms for government ID’s
• Two letters of recommendation

Job Types: Per Diem

Salary:

• Paid per visit: Admission Visit- $200. Recert Visit-$100 (required to do a minimum of 8 visits/week). Any other admin work/orientation is paid at $32/hour. HHA/PCA orientation for caregivers is paid at $45/hour
• typically 9-5 but some evening visits, early morning (before 8am ) and some weekend visits are available too, if the nurse is available
