Our patients are in need of Licensed Practical Nurse's (LPN) in their home to care for them. We are looking for multiple RNs to split up the shifts. Shifts are on a first come first serve basis.

Ages we serve: Peds, adults, geriatric

Location: Suffolk Long Island

Schedule: Overnights, 10-12 hr shifts, depends on the case

Pay: $35 per hour

Skilled Requirements:
Wound Care and Dressing Changes Personal Care Assistance
Medication management and administration Palliative care for chronic conditions
Tracheostomy and ventilator management Feeding tube care and support
Respite care for family caregivers

Onboarding equirements:

• NYS LPN license and registration
• BLS Card
• Physical within 1 year
• QuantiFERON within 1 year
• MMR Titers within 10 years
• At least 1 year nursing experience
• 2 Professional References
• Malpractice Insurance
• NPI #
