Always Beautiful is seeking an experienced Front Desk Coordinator and Assistant CoolSculpting Provider to join our professional team. This is a high-profile role with substantial and frequent exposure to the Allergan organization. This role will work closely with the team to provide both team coordination and act as an Assistant CoolSculpting Provider in support of the Master CoolSculpting Provider in our well-established and growing practice. We are looking for someone who is passionate about our industry, loves working with people, and believes in what we do!

Primary front desk responsibilities include supporting CoolSculpting and aestheticians’ office schedule and coordination, helping to cultivate new patients, and maintaining proper business and patient records. Office duties entail performing (1) Staff Assistant duties, (2) scheduling patients, (3) contacting prospective patients, (4) preparing and maintaining current patient information, and (5) performing general administrative duties.

CoolSculpting duties include assisting in all aspects of CoolSculpting treatment. Development of these skills within our practice is top priority and offers room for growth and career development.

Candidates must have:

• Experience performing CoolSculpting at a Certified CoolSculpting medical esthetics practice preferred, but not required. Training for this part of the role is readily available, both under tutelage of our Master CoolSculpting Provider as well as with our Allergan CoolSculpting Representative.

Job Type: Full-Time

Pay: $18-$20 per hour, plus incentive compensation tied to CoolSculpting. Total expected $20-$30 per hour.

Experience:

• Front Desk: 2 years (Preferred)
• CoolSculpting: 1 year (Preferred)

License & Certification Requirements:

Must be willing to become CoolSculpting certified on-the-job.
