Job Description:
We are seeking a dynamic Chief Technology Officer (CTO) to lead the development and strategic integration of our innovative CRM billing system. The CTO will be responsible for guiding the technology roadmap, managing our tech resources efficiently, and ensuring our technology framework supports the company's overall objectives.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the strategy and development of our proprietary CRM billing system.
- Manage the company’s technology resources to align with our business goals.
- Ensure optimal performance of technological infrastructures.
- Implement new systems and technologies to enhance operational efficiency.
- Develop and oversee IT budgets and technology performance metrics.
- Ensure data privacy and security compliance across all technology platforms.
- Foster a culture of innovation and lead technology team growth and development.
Requirements:
- Proven leadership experience in a CTO or similar role, preferably in healthcare technology.
- Expertise in CRM systems and understanding of medical billing processes.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field; Master’s or MBA preferred.
- At least 10 years of experience in IT, with a minimum of 5 years in a leadership role.
- Strong strategic thinking, leadership, and communication skills.
