Job Overview:

We are seeking a highly skilled Chief Financial Officer (CFO) to join our team. The CFO will be responsible for overseeing all financial aspects of the company and driving the company's financial strategy and planning.

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS:

-MASTERS DEGREE IN FINANCE

-6 MONTHS EXPERIENCE IN THE POSITION OF CFO

-CERTIFICATION IN CFA CODE OF ETHICS AND STANDARDS OF PROFESSIONAL CONDUCT

-BLOOMBERG MARKET CONCEPTS CERTIFICATE

Responsibilities:

- Develop and implement financial strategies in line with the company's goals
- Provide leadership, direction, and management of the finance and accounting team
- Oversee all financial operations including budgeting, forecasting, and reporting
- Conduct financial analysis to support business decisions
- Manage risk assessment and develop risk management strategies
- Ensure compliance with financial regulations and standards
- Supervise financial audits and provide recommendations for improvement
- Collaborate with other departments to optimize supply chain efficiency
- Monitor profit and loss statements and provide insights for improvement

Skills:

- Strong understanding of COSO framework
- Proficient in expense management and business analysis
- Exceptional leadership skills with the ability to lead a finance team effectively
- Demonstrated financial acumen and ability to drive financial performance
- Experience in profit loss analysis and strategic planning
- Proficiency in supervising financial operations and teams
- Expertise in risk management practices
- Knowledge of supply chain finance and optimization
- Strong analytical skills for detailed financial analysis
