The Project Manager is responsible for overall management of the contract/Task Order to include but not limited to budget, staffing, contract compliance, and enforce all company policy and procedures, along with all Federal, State and local laws.

• Responsible for ensuring the overall management and coordination of the JIATFS Protective Services contract.
• The Project Manager ensures all contract services are provided to the quality standards specified in the performance work statements (PWS), as well as company policies and procedures: act as primary point of contact to the Government Contracting Officer and other key Customer representatives.
• The Project Manager delivers monthly status reports to the Division and Corporate offices; oversees all budget and personnel actions supporting this contract and coordinates any corrective action as necessary to ensure success of assigned tasks.
• The Project Manager manages staffing, budget, prioritization, and other personnel matters.
• Oversees contract budgets and other financial requirements.
• Manages available resources to provide uninterrupted quality security services to covered locations/areas.
• Responsible for monitoring and tracking contract performance and compliance with contract deliverables.
• Evaluates operational activities and determines methods for productivity improvement.
• Communicates with the contracting officer, corporate management and vendors to satisfy contract requirements.
• Oversees development of scheduling.
• Analyzes task orders and determines staffing requirements, hires personnel, procures vendor support, equipment, and materials, and oversees implementation and vendor agreements.
• Coordinates invoicing, billing, contract modifications, and task orders.
• Responsible for maintaining a good working environment to include human relations, payroll, and ethics compliance.
• Complies with company-wide safety program, cultivates an active safety culture, and promotes quality in performance and customer service.
• Responds to employee grievances.
• Implements and manages quality assurance programs.
• Provides financial and performance status and progress reports to corporate management.

Required Qualifications:

• The person filling this critical management position shall have extensive operational, supervisory, management administrative experience in the civilian and/or military management fields, and advanced or specialized training and education commensurate with Project Manager level position.
• Must possess excellent oral and written communication skills;
• Must have demonstrated ability in operations, personnel management, time management, budget management, and logistics;
• Must be knowledgeable of MS office programs and general desktop computer applications.
• Possess a Florida State D&G license
• Possess a TS/SCI clearance
• Pursuant to the Government Contract, you must be a U.S. Citizen.

Required Experience:

• Three years experience in the Security Guard/Law Enforcement/Military fields
• Five years of Management level experience
