Position Summary:
We are looking for a Human Resources professional who is seeking a career path and wants to be part of a dynamic functioning HR team. You will have the opportunity to be exposed to a variety of experiences and partner with a business that needs a proactive HR partnership with strong organizational, communication, and execution skills. In this critical role, you will manage a variety of high-touch human resource activities for the Houston, TX location. This is a hands-on role that requires both tactical and strategic execution of business unit-level projects and activities while maintaining focus and alignment with company-wide initiatives and programs. You will also be focused on optimizing, designing, and implementing company-wide HR programs that directly impact our employee and manager experiences. The ideal candidate has a proven track record of having a successful organizational impact in a mid-sized company and matrix environment and is looking to be a catalyst for business growth.
**This is not a remote opportunity and requires the candidate to be located locally to work out of our Houston, TX office. There is no company relocation assistance approved for this role at this time.**
