We are hiring Production Workers. This position must operate equipment safely, evaluate parts according to quality specifications, and inspect parts prior to processing through the machines.

What You'll Do:

• Monitor equipment in your area of responsibility for adverse conditions and advise supervision of these conditions
• Visually inspect parts for defects, load lines, and remove excess flash
• Follow any other instructions and perform any other duties upon request of the supervisor
• Align with the following OSHA Safety Standards: Hazard Communication; Bloodborne Pathogens; Lockout; Permit Required Confined Space; Hot Work Permit; P.P.E. and Ergonomics
• Participate in classes and training seminars to learn new technologies and techniques deemed helpful to performance on the job (when necessary)

Requirements

What We Need from You:

• Ability to stand, bend, and stoop for long periods of time
• Ability to lift, push, and pull heavy objects up to 55 pounds regularly
• Ability to read, write, perform basic math calculations, and complete visual inspections
• Ability to work well with others
• Employees are expected to work and attend in person meetings as necessary
