**Responsibilities:**
* Responsible for the supporting clients who use the REALSynergy Commercial Real Estate Mortgage Loan Servicing System and associated products
* Must be able to understand and articulate clearly the problems faced by the customer to other team members including development
* Participate and present REALSynergy material in customer webinar events
* Train new clients on REALSynergy and help them optimize their internal procedures
* Good communication and negotiating skills with customers
* Assist the sales personnel by providing answers to inquiries posed by prospective clients, investors and real estate professionals.
* Participate in new product release acceptance testing, assist with system documentation
* Coordinate and work with various internal support and infrastructure teams
* Identify and communicate potential areas of both system and process improvement
* Take on special projects as required
**Qualifications**
**Qualifications:**
* 3 years of business experience in customer service, sales or support
* Strong problem-solving capability. Must be able to grasp business issues and come up with smart, logical solutions or workarounds, including timely follow-up with the customer.
* Ability to multi-task and with attention to detail
* Positive, customer-focused orientation
* Excellent oral & written communication
* Strong coordination & project management skills
* Working knowledge of the residential or commercial mortgage industry preferred, but willing to train the right candidate with a desire to learn this industry
* Team player, comfortable working in a fast-paced, multi-national organization
* Bachelors Degree from an accredited college or university
* Candidate must be a U.S. resident and speak fluent English
* Knowledge of databases or report writing programs such as Access or Crystal would be helpful
**Key Result Areas:**
* Achieve a high level of proficiency using the REALSynergy Commercial Real Estate Loan Servicing software
* Become an expert resource for commercial mortgage servicers who need help adapting their processes to REALSynergy
* Continue the process of growing the business by providing excellent customer service
* Manage the documentation process for each release
* Manage customer escalations and recognize when to solicit additional help
* Collaborate within the technical support group, sales, development, and other groups in Altisource to provide quality service to customers
