The BHH Clinical Coordinator: A Leader in Recovery

This full-time leadership role, based in Biddeford, is pivotal to our BHH program. You'll play a central role in our Behavioral Health Home (BHH) model, ensuring recovery-oriented care and positive health outcomes for our clients. It is important that our leadership team embraces our values, provides supportive accountability to the team, and is ready to help them learn and grow. Care Coordinators are often paraprofessionals who serve clients who are impacted by co-occurring issues and impacted by significant life stressors.

Qualifications:

  • Active mental health license (LCSW, LMSW-cc, or LCPC)
  • At least 2 years of supervisory experience (program management a plus)
  • MHRT-C certification or application in progress
  • Strong clinical knowledge in recovery-oriented services, trauma-informed care, motivational interviewing, co-occurring disorders, and harm reduction.
  • Proficiency in technology commonly used in healthcare settings.
  • Valid Maine Driver's License and clean driving record.
