As a Program Coordinator, you will play a crucial role in designing and implementing person-centered programs that empower individuals with disabilities to lead fulfilling lives.

Position: Program Coordinator - Qualified Intellectual Disabilities Professional (QIDP)

Job Overview:

As the Program Coordinator, you will be responsible for overseeing the development, implementation, and evaluation of individualized service plans for our clients with developmental disabilities. Working closely with a team of caring professionals, you will help create an inclusive and supportive environment that fosters personal growth and independence for the individuals we serve. This is an excellent opportunity to contribute your skills and passion to positively impact the lives of our clients and their families.

Responsibilities:

- Conduct comprehensive assessments of individuals' needs, strengths, and goals.

- Collaborate with clients, their families, and support teams to develop individualized service plans (ISP) based on person-centered approaches.

- Coordinate and monitor the implementation of ISP goals and objectives.

- Supervise and support direct care staff to ensure the delivery of high-quality services.

- Maintain accurate and up-to-date documentation and records related to clients' progress and services provided.

- Advocate for clients' rights, ensuring their voices are heard and respected.

- Stay up-to-date with the latest developments in the field of developmental disabilities and incorporate best practices into our programs.

Qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree in a related field (Social Work, Psychology, Special Education, etc.).

- Previous experience working with individuals with developmental disabilities is highly desirable.

- Strong communication, leadership, and organizational skills.

- Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.

- Empathy, patience, and a genuine commitment to improving the lives of others.
