Alternative Nursing Services is Hiring a Caregiver Near Grangeville, ID

Are you looking for a rewarding career? Do you enjoy helping people? If so, we think you would be a great fit for our Caregiver position!

Responsibilities:
- Provide assistance with daily activities such as bathing, dressing, and grooming
- Administer medication and monitor vital signs
- Assist with meal preparation and feeding
- Perform light housekeeping tasks, including laundry and cleaning
- Provide companionship and emotional support to clients
- Assist with transportation to appointments and outings
- Monitor and report any changes in client's condition to the appropriate healthcare professionals
- Implement behavior management techniques for clients with challenging behaviors

Skills:
- Ability to lift and assist clients with mobility needs
- Experience in assisted living or patient care settings
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
- Knowledge of social work principles and practices
- Familiarity with dementia care techniques
- Previous experience in childcare or related field is a plus
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to provide compassionate and patient-centered care
