Job Overview:
We are seeking a skilled Bookkeeper to join our team. The Bookkeeper will be responsible for maintaining accurate financial records, managing accounts payable and receivable, and assisting with financial reporting. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in accounting, excellent attention to detail, and proficiency in accounting software such as QuickBooks.

Responsibilities:
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records
- Prepare and process invoices, receipts, and payments
- Reconcile bank statements and resolve any discrepancies
- Manage accounts payable and accounts receivable
- Assist with payroll processing and ensure compliance with relevant regulations
- Prepare financial reports, including profit and loss statements, balance sheets, and cash flow statements
- Conduct account analysis to identify trends or issues
- Assist with budgeting and forecasting processes
- Collaborate with external auditors during annual audits

Experience:
- Proven experience as a Bookkeeper or in a similar role
- Strong knowledge of accounting principles and practices
- Proficiency in using accounting software, such as QuickBooks
- Familiarity with 10-key typing and data entry
- Experience with payroll processing is preferred
- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy
- Strong organizational skills and ability to prioritize tasks
- Effective communication skills, both verbal and written
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Pay: $20.00 - $22.00 per hour
