As a Supplier Partner Development Engineer, you will be responsible for:
Essential Duties and Responsibilities include the following. Other duties may be assigned:
Actively engage with suppliers and supply chains.
Possess the ability to accurately assess supplier weaknesses and offer appropriate solutions.
Monitor high-risk supplier development issues to proactively prevent potential crises.
Drive and enhance supplier problem-solving techniques to address identified supplier faults effectively.
Enhance and optimize supplier production systems and processes to ensure uninterrupted operations.
Promote supplier operational excellence within the organization.
Establish clear priorities and goals to achieve objectives.
Adhere to established processes, the Code of Conduct, and the company's defined practices.
Act as a representative of the company at supplier sites and escalate issues when necessary to avert crises.
Education/Experience:
A university degree is a prerequisite, with a preference for a major in engineering, business management, or supply chain management.
Relevant experience in supply chain (quality and development) and/or production. Preferably, past experience in the automotive or heavy commercial truck industry, specifically in supplier quality and capacity, manufacturing engineering, supplier development, or crisis management.

Salary Range:$75,000 - $85,000
The actual salary offered is dependent on various factors including, but not limited to, location, the candidate’s combination of job-related knowledge, qualifications, skills, education, training, and experience.
